I spent years as a people pleaser, doing this and that to gain favor in the eyes of family, friends, employers, and the church, to no avail. You will never please all the people, all the time, and never your soul on that type of journey. I was powerless until I realized that my existence here, on earth, is spiritual and that my energy had been misguided, misled, and misaligned.
My life began to rapidly shift and transform as I opened up to holistic pedagogies…
Therapies such as Meditation, Mindfulness, Reiki, Crystals, and Sound had instant appeal in my life as well as those I shared new strategies with. Through experiencing holistic therapies, which demand that one becomes still in order for the mind, body, and soul to align, I have been able to connect with God in an authentic and enlightening manner.
